The classes are offered in English and accommodate dietary preferences. The class teachers is an experienced cooking class instructor since over 20 years.

The Swabian classics on the Swabian table
We will make from scratch Swabian potato salad, variations of the Swabian dumplings called Maultaschen. Also Linsen and Spätzle will be prepared from srcatch. A sweet classic - Apfelküchle will end the menu of Swabian classics.
